I Know What It's Like to Struggle
This isn't just another tech product. It's built from 18 years in the trenches and the painful lessons of failure.
I co-owned a small pizza shop. We used one of the best POS systems available —it was fine for taking orders and printing dockets. But when sales dropped, the system offered nothing to help us understand why or what to do about it.
I spent 18 years managing restaurants, learning everything about restaurant operations. I saw how the big chains use data, forecasting, and analytics to optimize every decision. But those tools? They're out of reach for small restaurants.
Eventually, my pizza shop failed. Not because we didn't work hard. But because we were flying blind with a "take orders and print dockets" machine that cost thousands but delivered nothing to help us succeed.
So I built Swiple. A POS that's actually designed to help small restaurants increase profits—with inventory tracking, sales analytics, menu engineering, ML forecasting, and everything I wish I had when I needed it.
